Delivery and Shipment

Delivery Services
  • Free Shipping: Any paid order to the United States, Canada, Europe and South Africa enjoys free shipping services. All paid orders are tax-free.
  • Express Methods: We provide express delivery services through couriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT and DPEX.
  • Non-delivery Areas: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Processing Time
  • Regular Wigs: Regular-size natural-color wigs will generally be shipped within 48 working hours.
  • Customized Wigs: Special customized wigs, such as long-haired and colored wigs, need to be customized by contacting the factory, and the customization cycle generally does not exceed one week.
  • Order Processing: Please allow for up to 2 business days for order processing. Please note that processing times may be extended during holidays. Customized items will be shipped as promised.

Order Information Confirmation
Please note that if the address provided in your order is inaccurate or incomplete, or if there are unverified details in the order, it may cause a delay of 1-2 business days. We encourage all customers to carefully check your order information, especially the delivery address.

Issues Concerning Order Addresses
All customers are responsible for filling in the correct billing and shipping address information for their orders. Any request for address or order change will be considered, but not guaranteed (if the order is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs. There will be no refund for abandoned or uncollected shipments).

If our team is too late to cancel your order due to incorrect address filling, you can return the order to us after receiving it. For more information on how to return, please click to view the return policy. All we can do is wait for the package to be returned to us. After we confirm that the package has been returned to the warehouse, we can reship it to your correct address or refund the order amount to you.

Parcel Tracking
We will update your tracking number via email. All our orders come with verifiable tracking numbers and links. It may take several hours for the tracking number to be updated. If you have a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly before contacting us. Once the package leaves our shipping location, you need to contact them to solve some problems.

If you have previously encountered the loss or theft of parcels, we recommend that you have the parcels shipped to your work address to ensure that you receive them safely.

Precautions
Special instructions for mail delivery will not be displayed on the shipping label or package. If you have specific requirements, please contact your local post office or postal staff directly. We are not responsible for delivery errors.

For all parcels, we are not responsible for delivery delays caused by weather, improper courier operation, incomplete address, delivery delay, customs delay, loss or theft of items, undeliverable address or incorrect contact information.
